the room was spacious and very clean. i appreciated clean towels and mugs daily. the bed proved really comfortable, and the staff was kind.
the heater wasn't on. so, the room was constantly cold.

A Charming Find in a Great Spot

I found excellent shower facilities. The quietness was very enjoyable. The staff provided good service. Free parking exists out front, a very good thing. The room was very neat. Staff were superb. I had a nice stay because of housekeeping. The owners. Friendly staff upgraded my room from the one booked. They allowed me to check out one hour later than normal. A spacious room was a great thing. I also found a good shower.
I found poor facilities and there was no hairdryer in room, though it was advertised.

Excellent stay, great value
immaculate entrance clean towel super clean bathroom comfortable bed
The entrance was immaculate and clean upon arrival. My room included soft clean towels, and a spotlessly clean bathroom. The bed proved to be the MOST comfortable I have slept in. Ian used his car to show me where my meeting was, a gesture that I VERY much appreciated.
The toilet WAS not flushed, a minor oversight.

Parking was easy. I parked right outside. The location is in a residential area. It is a quiet and peaceful area close to transit options, including a train station, VERY convenient for getting around.

The room was large, super clean, and warm. It exceeded my expectations. There was enough tea, milk, and sugar to make several mugs. The bed had comfortable mattresses. I slept well and felt very relaxed.

The owner was cute and friendly at check-in. The receptionist was friendly and helpful upon my arrival. Kerry and Ian were helpful and were great too assist me.

the room was clean ENOUGH.
my room was uncomfortably COLD. the old sash windows clearly let in a draft. i had to sleep with extra layers to try to stay warm.

comfortable room easy access private apartment
My room was big and comfortable i found. i managed to use the buses to get to the city centre. i had keys to go in and out whenever i wanted. It seemed like my own small apartment!
the heater wasn't on so the room was cold.

the staff were friendly! a helpful guy offered to run me in his van to the shops, i found. he did this as i walked everywhere to get to places. the shower was great every morning.

the hotel's proximity to transport links proved invaluable. i found several restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. the staff were helpful and pleasant, contributing to a peaceful visit. the room had everything i needed , the bathroom and shower facilities were decent.
i noticed there was no mirror in the room for dressing or doing my hair.
